They act in some of the leading cases in England and Wales representing clients including professionals, entrepreneurs, wealthy individuals, landowners, those in the public eye, and their partners.

The team has significant experience in handling relationship breakdown, including divorce, the dissolution of civil partnerships and disputes between unmarried couples; the ground-breaking issues surrounding surrogacy; ‘alternative families’; and complex parenting arrangements. The solicitors also work closely with the firm’s highly regarded private client team on complex onshore and offshore tax and trust issues, as well as lifetime, inheritance and succession planning.

Summary of role:

The family team is looking for an associate ideally between 2 and 4 years PQE to join them in the Berkshire office. The team offers high-quality support to clients, stemming from the experience and talent of its outstanding family lawyers who are nationally acknowledged as leaders in their field. The successful candidate will advise on all areas of financial disputes between high-net-worth individuals and in complex disputes as to arrangements for children. They will enjoy a challenging and varied caseload as well as excellent progression opportunities.
