Our client, a top tier firm, is urgently looking for a Residential Property solicitor to support their very successful Property Team in Guildford.
The Guildford team is recognised as a 'Regional Heavyweight' in the South and South East by Legal500 and the firm is ranked among the top three firms by Chambers UK in all of their core service areas. The firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to undertake property due diligence exercises and act for individual purchasers on acquisitions in relation to UK residential property new build developments.
They are looking for a polished and experienced candidate who can meet their high standards and deliver exceptional client care. The ideal candidate will have a gained experience in private practice dealing with bespoke transactional matters.
