Senior Litigation Solicitor (Civil and Commercial Litigation) - Haywards Heath, West Sussex
A regional law firm with offices across London & the South East are looking for a Senior Litigation Solicitor to join them. Due to the set up of the firm, the role can be based at several office locations, therefore Litigation Solicitors in both Sussex and West Kent are encouraged to apply.
Your role will be to manage a broad and varied caseload of litigation matters (both civil litigation and commercial litigation) from start to finish as well as acting as the figurehead for the disputes team. You'll play an active part in overseeing more junior members of the team and there is scope to become the Head of Litigation in the near future.
You will be working within a wider and well experienced team throughout the offices spanning Sussex, Kent, London and further afield. the team are well recognised for their expertise in Litigation matters.
This role has arisen due to continued growth and expansion, therefore, its a great opportunity for a career minded ambitious Senior Dispute Resolution Solicitor looking to take that next step.
You must be a Senior Litigation Solicitor with at least 5yrs+ PQE (there is no upper limit on PQE and the firm are happy to consider those at Senior Associate, Partner and Head of Department level). You'll have a proven track record in handling complex civil and commercial litigation matters with supervisory experience.
