Our leading Top 100 client has a fantastic property litigation solicitor role within their Cardiff office.

Your new role
You will be joining our clients Tier 1 ranked Property Litigation team. They are recognised experts in development disputes, landlord and tenant law and all issues relating to freehold ownership of land. They act for: local and national Government; PLC developers and housebuilders; Social Housing Providers; third sector organisations; pension fund; utilities companies; landlords; and occupiers. You will receive close support and guidance from experts within their collegiate team environment to ensure you are able to grow your own expertise and develop your own professional reputation.

What you'll need to succeed
Our client is investing in their team at present and are keen to consider applications from recently qualified lawyers up to an established Property Litigation lawyer. They will also consider candidates with a commercial property background who are looking for a change or a general litigation lawyer who is looking to specialise. An understanding of property law and the CPR will give candidates a distinct advantage but is not essential as appropriate training will be provided.
