Costs Negotiator / Draftsperson- The growing costs team of this Manchester-based firm is looking to hire a Costs Negotiator to handle an exciting mix of costs works relating specifically to clinical negligence as well as other areas such as court of protection.
OVERVIEW

- Reports to: Personal Injury Partner and Head of Costs
- Previous Experience: Proven experience of handling a range of complex costs matters. Any experience of clinical negligence / healthcare litigation would be highly useful.

Our client is national law firm with a well-established in-house costs practice.
They are currently looking to further expand the costs team in Manchester and are looking for experienced costs professionals with proven experience of areas such as clinical negligence and court of protection work.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Broad spread of experience whether drafting bills of costs and costs budgets or negotiating and settling costs matters. Technical ability is paramount. There is also the opportunity to gain exposure to advocacy work.
The successful candidate will manage a broad and varied caseload including higher value, complex work.
