This top tier ranked regional practice seek to recruit an Employment Solicitor to join their team in Milton Keynes or Northampton.

Role/Team:

* The team handles a range of matters, from redundancy, restructuring and TUPE processes to multi-party claims and discrimination disputes. Restrictive covenant enforcement and the negotiation and management of senior executive exits are other areas of focus.
* The group's clients primarily consist of private sector companies, although it is also adept at advising public sector clients.
* Advise clients across a wide range of sectors, including: manufacturing, retail, construction, IT, automotive, media, leisure, facilities management, marine and professional services. Our clients range from multi-national PLCs to SMEs, partnerships, charities, schools, colleges, and universities.

Candidate Requirements:
* 2 - 6 years PQE
* Contentious experience acting on behalf of the Respondent

Salary/Benefits:
* £43,000 - £55,000
