Property Finance Solicitor – This is an excellent opportunity to join a top tier and commercial heavy weight firm in central London. Our client boasts a highly successful and dynamic secured lending and banking team, who have won a copious number of awards and are an industry leader in this field.
About the Role
They are now looking to grow this team due to a further increase in work. Acting for lender clients, you will be advising a number of large banks, mezzanine finance and bridging loan providers, offering effective and commercial advice on a range of property finance matters.
Candidate Requirements
They are interested in seeing the CV’s of solicitors with at least 2 years relevant experience of working within the property finance sector and who have worked for a similar status practices. You will need to show business acumen, a strong team ethos and modern business approach.
