Residential Conveyancing Solicitor , Dorset

My client is a well known established law firm with a good reputation in the Dorset area.

This award-winning firm have excellent relationships with estate agents and referrers and there is a great opportunity here for someone to build upon the firms' superb reputation.

You will be a qualified solicitor or legal executive and have upwards of 4 years PQE, gained within a comparable Legal 500 or high street conveyancing department.

You can expect to manage a varied caseload of residential sales, purchases and mortgages and you should have very strong technical skills as there is a good amount of high net worth work coming into the firm.

The firm need someone to become a "go-to" person for the office, able to handle the technical files and able to turn your hand to occasional matters relating to new build, transfers of part, equity release and agricultural / rural matters.

You should be passionate about offering the highest levels of client care and service to internal and external customers and be happy to use your excellent communication and organisational skills
