Healthcare Advisory & Inquests Solicitor, Cambridge
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Healthcare Solicitor to work within a top 50 UK law firm based in Cambridge.
The role:
You will be working within a team that provides high quality support to NHS and both public and clients on varied matters which include inquests, health & safety, court of protection and mental health.
You will be supporting and representing client on a broad range of healthcare issues, inquests and court of protection matters.
The candidate:
- A qualified solicitor with inquest, court of protection, healthcare regulatory and mental health experience
- Has experience in public law issues such as public and patient involvement and consultation, governance and constitutional issues, judicial review and human rights
- Must have strong advocacy experience
-The team will consider 1+PQE solicitor that have ideally done a seat in healthcare regulatory, prison law or public law regulatory with inquest experience
- Strong academic record
