The Role:

* Handle your own caseload of defendant clinical negligence cases including both pre litigated and litigated claims for the NHSR
* Assist senior solicitors on higher value and complex claims
* Work with both the NHS and wider public and private health care providers and trusts

Candidate Requirement:

* You will be a qualified solicitor 1-5PQE with experience in handling litigated multi track defendant clinical negligence claims on behalf of the NHSR, or MDU and various other healthcare providers and their insurers
* Applications from experienced claimant clinical negligence solicitors with a demonstrable interest in defendant clinical negligence are encouraged to apply
