This is a unique role for a go-getting, ambitious Wills and Probate Solicitor 3 years+ PQE looking to take the next step up in their career, based out of their office in Waterloo, London.

The Role

They are looking to hire a Wills and Probate Solicitor 3 years+ PQE to join their growing, well established Wills and Probate department based in their London Waterloo office.

The team comprises of a Partner, 2 solicitors and some support staff. There is currently a large amount of work in house so they are looking for someone who can work alongside them with the view to grow the department and drive the business forward. A keen business

This department works on some complex and interesting cases in the following areas: Trusts, Power of Attorney, Drafting Wills, Tax Planning, Estate Administration, Wills and Inheritance Disputes and Will Dispute and Mediation.

Requirements

• You will be a Wills and Probate Solicitor 3 years+ PQE
• You will possess a passion for working within Wills and Probate

• You will have excellent communication skills
• You must be someone who is a self-starter
• You will have a strong collaborative approach to working
• A meticulous eye for detail is essential
