The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Residential Property Solicitor into their growing North London office.

You will deal with a high-quality Conveyancing caseload, which will often include high value transactions for HNW individuals. The Managing Partner is a conveyancer and has an excellent reputation in the market.

The conveyancing department is currently very busy and thriving. You will deal with a broad residential property caseload that will include Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions

You will work closely with the Managing Partner to drive the department forwards. They have several interesting leads to follow to grow work streams. You will have the autonomy to shape the department.

Requirements

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with upwards of 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding PQE and applications are invited from even the most experienced of candidates)
• This role comes with excellent prospects for progression, including Partnership for the right candidate
• You will be able to work on matters with minimal supervision
• You should enjoy business development and marketing
• First-class communication skills are essential
