The Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a Family Solicitor to join a close-knit Family team in Bolton.

The Family team is the firm's beating heart and will play a pivotal role in its long term growth plans.

They are ideally looking for someone to undertake a varied caseload of care/public law matters but will also consider individuals who are able to handle a mixed caseload of private & public family law.

You will work side by side with the Family department's respected Partners, giving you a wealth of knowledge and experience to draw from. This will provide you with a level of exposure that will put you years ahead of your PQE.

The salary is highly competitive, and you will receive an attractive benefits package that includes 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), additional pension contributions, and bonus.

Requirements:

• You will be a Family Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to experience)
• Able to confidently handle your own caseload
• Experience of care/public law matters, although applications will be considered from individuals with experience handling a mix of public and private law matters
• Have a passion for providing exceptional client service
• Able to work as part of a close-knit team and independently
