The Role

Litigation Lawyer to join Tier 1 Property Litigation team in Cardiff

In a close-knit and friendly team, you will work with a Chambers-ranked Partner in all areas concerning development disputes, landlord and tenant law and all issues relating to freehold ownership of land.

Working alongside and nurturing longstanding relationships with local and national Government; PLC developers and housebuilders; Social Housing Providers; third sector organisations; pension fund; utility companies; landlords; and occupiers. You will have an unmatched level of exposure to all aspects of Property Litigation, owing to the team's expert status within the field.

The opportunity would suit an experienced Property Litigator that wishes to step into the forefront, or an ambitious litigator with a more general background that seeks to specialise. With ongoing mentoring given to you from a leading industry lynchpin, your understanding of property law will be second-to-none.

The Requirements

• 1-5+ years PQE within property litigation or general litigation showing a flair for property
• High attention to deal, commercial awareness and legal acumen
• Confidence and interpersonal skills when engaging with clients
