A fantastic new Housing Lawyer opportunity has arisen at a popular local authority in London.

This locum assignment will begin on a 3 month contract with the potential to extend. You will be working remotely for moment and may be required to attend the office once the pandemic restrictions ease.

Our client is seeking a Housing Lawyer who can hit the ground running in their busy and forward-thinking team. The successful Housing Lawyer will be personable, confident and proactive.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Disrepair claims
  • Possession claims (ASB, rent arrears, unlawful occupation)
  • Homelessness
  • Closure Orders
  • Injunctions
  • Advocacy on behalf of the council

There is also scope to get involved with some other areas of law to diversify your skillset.

We are keen to hear from qualified Housing Lawyers from both public sector and private practice backgrounds, of all levels of experience.
