Legal Counsel
Client
You will be joining a leading international organisation with expanding operations in the finance world across multiple geographical markets.
Role
The organisation has its HQ in central London and you will also be able to undertake significant elements of remote/flexible working.
You will undertake an extremely varied in-house legal role, draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and advise on a huge variety of day to day all-round legal and commercial issues including in respect of DP and IP.
You will report directly into the Head of Legal.
You will be rewarded with a highly lucrative remuneration package.
You
You will be a qualified lawyer with approximately 3-8 years' PQE and you will also have some prior in-house experience. You will have acquired significant prior experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and will also have had some prior exposure to DP related issues. Any prior experience of the finance sector and/or of working on matters in relation developing markets would be advantageous but isn't essential.
