Clinical Negligence Lawyers 2+ and 4+ To £££
Varied and interesting role at this premier clinical negligence firm for an experienced and ambitious associate to work on a wide range of work including acting for the MDDUS, NHS Resolution and a range of medical malpractice insurers and also inquests, advising on regulatory matters, public law issues, judicial reviews, mental health issues and clinical risk management. Ideally you will have medical negligence (defendant or claimant), personal injury or insurance experience.
claims against GPs, acute Trusts as well as private medical practitioners. Clients will include NHS Resolution and a variety of medical malpractice insurers. Good academics and relevant clinical negligence/personal injury experience (defendant or claimant) essential.
