Anakin Seal are instructed to recruit an experienced residential property Solicitor to head up the residential property team of a long-standing Leeds practice.
Duties including but not limited to:
- Responsible for the management of the residential property team made up of a number of fee earners and support staff
- Managing own caseload of residential property files, including title checking and dealing with complex matters.
- Ensuring compliance with CQS
- Recruitment and business development
The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE and 2 years' experience managing a team of conveyancing professionals.
Salary to £60,000 plus benefits including flexible working.
