A successful full-service law firm are seeking an individual with experience within Real Estate Finance transactions to join their thriving Commercial Real Estate / Real Estate Finance department in the City of London.
The Role:
The successful applicant will be assisting those within the Commercial Real Estate / Real Estate Finance department with Real Estate Finance transactions as well as attending to Land Registry and Companies Hose post-completion matters.
Person Specifics:
- Experience acting in relation to Real Estate Finance transactions, whether that is the Banking or Real Estate side
- Experience attending to Land Registry & Companies House post-completion matters
- Experience working with case management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Dedication to providing an excellent client service
