Title: Dispute Resolution Solicitor
Level: NQ to 2 years PQE
Location: Southampton
Salary: £38, 0000 to £42,500
Our client is a leading firm in Hampshire who are looking for a junior commercial litigation solicitor to join their growing offering. A fascinating range of litigation is on offer to the right candidate at this top tier firm based in Southampton.
The Dispute Resolution team is said to punch well above its weight acting for individuals, SMEs and International companies handling a wide range of high value and complex disputes. This role will enable the right candidate to gain exposure to a broad range of dispute resolution work, including;
- Commercial disputes
- Property litigation
- Judicial review
- Commercial and private Trusts and estates
- Insolvency and intellectual property.
The ideal level would be NQ to 2 years PQE but the firm is open to considering stellar individuals outside of this range. You will have the ability to work under time constraints, prioritising work effectively in an organised and methodical manner and have the desire to help drive the firm's growth and outstanding reputation.
