Corporate & Commercial Solicitor
An experienced Solicitor is required to join the Corporate & Commercial department of an International law firm within their Exeter office.
The department advises both regional and national clients and you will have the opportunity to work on high profile projects across a variety of sectors.
You will be required to manage a varied caseload of Corporate Commercial matters, including but not limited to; mergers & acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, commercial contracts and corporate governance.
The successful candidate will be a 2 Yrs + Qualified Solicitor who has experience of advising on Corporate Commercial law. You will be technically strong and currently employed at a top 200 law firm.
Salary is competitive and in line with your level of experience.
