Senior Legal Counsel - Data and Tech

LAW Absolute is currently working with a Global Media Company in their search for a Data and Technology Lawyer for a 6-12 month fixed-term contract opportunity.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join their established legal team as they embark on a new project which will transform how the businss utilises technology. With this in mind, they are looking for a candidate who is able to demonstrate:

• Strong experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
• Experience with technology and data agreements
• An understanding of GDPR and data privacy matters

The ideal candidate will have some prior experience working within digital media/technology and/or software but candidates from all industries with the above experience are encourgaed to apply.

You will be a self starter, able to work autonomously and be a team player. This is an urgent requirement for the client and candidates will ideally be available immediately or up to 1 month notice.

This role is currently fully remote, in the event they are able to return to their London office during the duration of the contract there will be great WFH flexibility on offer.
