Chadwick Nott have recently been instructed on a new requirement for a Residential Property Legal Executive/Conveyancer to join a thriving residential property team, based in Gloucester. As part of an ongoing period of growth within this residential property team, this firm are looking to bring in a Legal Executive/Conveyancer with atlease two years' experience in managing a residential property caseload. The successful residential property legal executive/conveyancer will be carrying out a technical role, whilst checking other fee-earners' work, and working on a caseload.

This role would be great for a residential property legal executive/conveyancer who are technically sound in residential conveyancing and are confident in this ability. This role would suit somebody who enjoys using technical knowledge on complex matters and solving problems. This would also be a good opportunity to take a step back from the rigours of full-time conveyancing case handling.
