Planning Lawyer
A multinational law firm that offers flexible working is seeking to hire a Planning Lawyer on a fixed term contract for 12 months.
With one of the leading planning practices in the Country operating nationally they act on some of the most high profile developments in the UK across all of the main development sectors.
The Planning team prides itself on providing commercially sound and clear planning advice to developers, landowners, house builders and retailers. The team is involved in a wide ranging nature of schemes and represents clients at inquiries, judicial reviews and appeals. They have a very strong client list. Our clients include a variety of commercial developers, house builders, local authorities and corporates.
They are seeking to hire a Senior/Principal Associate to join the team to advise on and conduct a broad range of planning related issues, including town and country planning, highways/infrastructure, environment, compulsory purchase and land compensation matters, arising out of large and complex schemes across a diverse range of sectors.
Applications are sought from experienced Planning Lawyers with upwards of five years' PQE.
