This Bedfordshire based firm are seeking a Contentious Probate Legal Executive to join a thriving contentious probate team. This Contentious Probate team have had an influx of work and are very busy. This Contentious Probate Legal Executive will be working on a varied caseload of contentious wills and probate both litigated and non litigated.

The successful Contentious Probate Legal Executive candidate will be able to show that they are capable litigators and are able to manage their own litigated caseload. This contentious probate legal executive will be joining the Bedford office. If you work on contentious probate as part of a wider litigation caseload, please still get in touch!

Candidates should ideally have:

• A minimum of 2 years PQE in contentious probate - if this is part of a general litigation caseload, please still get in touch.
• Be able to manage a contentious probate caseload independently from inception to completion to include advocacy.
• Capability to generate fees in accordance with agreed targets
