Contentious Probate Solicitor, Sheffield
Fantastic opportunity for a 1-5PQE litigation solicitor to join this leading regional practice handling a busy caseload of contentious probate matters.

The Role:
Handling a broad range of wills, trusts & probate disputes including:
-Administration of estate problems
-Claims for an account
-Contentious court of protection
-Disputes between executors or trustees
-Disputes between executors or trustees and beneficiaries
-Estoppel claims
-Financial abuse
-Fraudulent Calumny
-Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
-Will disputes
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor
- Up to 5PQE
- Demonstrable experience of handling contentious probate matters confidently
- You must be driven, bright and ambitious
