Job Title
Legal Secretary
Contract Type
Full Time

Our client is a renowned law firm and is, arguably, the 'go-to' firm for HNWI when it comes to Residential Conveyancing. At this boutique firm, with a great family feel and vibrant culture, you are being offered the chance to get involved in the entire conveyancing process - from initial file opening to post completion. Full involvement in the conveyancing process will be encouraged by your bosses; you will be given responsibility for handling all forms and searches, for dealing with clients so as to update them on progress, for looking after all the post-completion documents and acting as first port of call for the team. The Lawyers are extremely busy and need total organisation so you will be expected to monitor emails (including drafting straightforward replies), organise multiple diaries including all zoom/teams calls (of which there will be many!) as well as dealing with all document amends and correspondence between the firm and its clients.

Once there is a return to a resemblance of normality and business travel resumes, you will be expected to work in the London office (the offices are very trendy, fitting of their West End location) and arranging travel on behalf of your bosses will become part of your job specification.

The firm itself is famed for its excellent treatment of staff and for its record for promoting staff from within. So if you are a Legal Conveyancing Secretary with excellent experience of the conveyancing process (somewhere between 2 and 3 years would be sufficient) and would like to be considered for a role at one of the finest law firms in its league, please send your CV for immediate consideration.
