Defendant EL/PL Solicitor
A Casualty/EL/PL Solicitor/Legal Executive is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 50 Defendant law firm based in Manchester. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit an NQ-4 years PQE Solicitor/ Legal Executive to join the highly regarded Abuse/Casualty department. The department is well known for their high quality work and reputation.
You will manage your own caseload and provide assistance to a partner on claims from local authority and insurance clients, with a particular focus on social services / abuse claims.
We are ideally looking for an NQ-4 years PQE Solicitor/Legal Executive with experience of social services/abuse cases and experience of defending litigated claims, preferably claims against public authorities. Previous experience of managing defendant EL/PL cases will also be beneficial.
