Employment Legal Executive - Bristol

Great opportunity for an experienced employment legal executive to join busy employment team to be based in the South West.

This large employment team are seeking to expand and are looking to hire an experienced employment legal executive to work on a wide range of all areas of employment work to include contentious and non-contentious for claimant and defendant clients. This employment legal executive will also be able to carry out their own advocacy.

This varied employment caseload will include:-

• Unfair dismissal
• Whistle blowing
• Discrimination
• Advising on policies
• Drafting and advising on employment contracts
• Providing day to day advice

This employment legal executive will have at least 12 months' experience in contentious employment law. You will have excellent technical ability and working knowledge of employment law. You will be able to demonstrate excellent client care skills as well as the ability to work well within a team.
