An experienced Senior Clinical Negligence Lawyer is required to join a leading department in London for a full-time, permanent position.

Your New Role

The Senior Clinical Negligence Lawyer will be responsible for:

  • Managing a caseload of complex and high value NHSR claims
  • Contributing to business development for the department
  • Supervising junior members of staff

About You

  • We are keen to hear from qualified Lawyers with clinical negligence experience, ideally from a defendant perspective though claimant will be considered.
  • You must have at least 5 years’ PQE and be comfortable supervising junior colleagues.
  • NHSR experience would be beneficial.
