Are you a litigation solicitor, legal executive, paralegal or other lawyer looking for an in-house litigation/ management opportunity in central Birmingham?
Our client, a UK business is looking to recruit a lawyer or paralegal with specific litigation experience (especially high volume claims) to manage a team in the West Midlands.
The role is to manage a team dealing with a streamlined and high volume of cases.
The role will require:
- Familiarity with the Civil Procedure Rules and the Civil Courts;
- Relevant litigation experience, including experience of debt recovery matters and enforcing judgements;
- Ensuring regulatory compliance with SRA rules; and
- Management and team leadership.
Additional experience in property litigation, including residential and commercial possession proceedings and forfeiture claims would also be advantageous for the role but not a requirement.
