A popular top 10 City firm is looking for an experienced Construction Litigation Lawyer to join their highly-regarded team.
The Construction Litigation Lawyer will be acting for major developers, owners, employers, contractors and funders you will be advising on the full range of national and international standard-form construction contracts (including FIDIC, NEC, JCT and LOGIC).
The Construction Litigation Lawyer will also advise on bespoke contract forms and project agreements, including:
- Infrastructure
- Transport
- Energy and natural resources
- These will span domestic, international and cross border matters
The successful Construction Litigation Lawyer’s skills and experience:
- 2+ years’ PQE
- Experience in a wide range of dispute resolution methods including litigation, international arbitration, adjudication and major forms of ADR essential
