Would you like to join a highly regarded provider of Company Secretarial services? This Interim Company Secretary role would be an ideal role for an individual looking to get involved in both statutory compliance and meeting support work. 
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintenance of Statutory Registers and Companies House filings
  • Attendance at board and general meetings, as required
  • Recording of minutes and actioning items arising from meetings
  • Preparation, compilation, and dispatch of board papers in a timely manner to client companies
  • Recognising opportunities for business development and putting them in to practice, including networking
  • Being proactive in communicating with clients the full range of corporate services available
  • Building effective working relationships with all external parties relevant to client relationships
  • Training and mentoring of trainees when required
  • Ensuring processes and operational procedures are up to date and relevant
  • Corporate Governance, risk and reporting advice (desirable not essential)

KEY REQUIREMENTS
  • Qualified Chartered Secretary or part-qualified
  • Professional services experience
  • Managing a portfolio of entities
  • Good knowledge of The Companies Act 2006
