Contentious Probate Solicitor

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced contentious probate solicitor has arisen in one of the leading commercial boutiques in South Manchester. You'll be rewarded with high quality varied work and an excellent culture.

Key elements of the role are as follows:

-Draft Larke-v-Nugus letters and interrogate and interpret responses.
-Act for claimants and defendants on IPFDA claims and validity challenges, included drafting proceedings, drafting witness statements, undertaking disclosure and instructing counsel.
- Work closely with the private client team and advise on estates that have become contested


-Contentious Probate experience
-Commercial litigators looking to specialise in contentious probate are also encouraged to apply
