Key elements of the role are as follows:

-Draft Larke-v-Nugus letters and interrogate and interpret responses.
-Act for claimants and defendants on IPFDA claims and validity challenges, included drafting proceedings, drafting witness statements, undertaking disclosure and instructing counsel.
- Work closely with the private client team and advise on estates that have become contested

Candidate:

-4PQE+
-Contentious Probate experience
-Commercial litigators looking to specialise in contentious probate are also encouraged to apply
-Good academics
