London law firm has created a new and elite Client Administration team as a part of the larger secretarial structure and are looking to hire a number of new hires to form this team. The office is based in Canary Wharf and this firm is looking for excellent candidates who have high-levels of attention to detail, accuracy and enthusiasm with the emphasis of these roles being compliance and billing assistance. Compliance duties will include managing the new client inception module including gathering initial documents, liaising with the Compliance Team and fee earning teams, running conflicts checks, sending conflict check emails to relevant groups, saving correspondence and produce engagement letters. Billing work will include running the narratives to give to the Executive Assistants, print WIP reports, close files, print billing letters and ensure deadlines are met. Candidates must have previous experience of working within an administrative role within a law firm, be it from a Team Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Compliance or Billing capacity, have at least Maths and English Language GCSE C or above, be able to type at 50wpm and a good understanding of MS Office. Hours will be 7 hours a day with a shift pattern working across 8:30am to 6:30pm. Salary is flexible dependent upon experience, between £22,000 to £27.000.
