An excellent and rare opportunity has arisen within my client’s award-winning and market-leading Defendant EL/PL & Local Government team.
Operating out of the heart of Manchester city centre, the Local Government department continues to go from strength to strength and, in line with their planned expansion, the firm now requires an experienced Defendant Casualty Solicitor to further augment the already strong team.
As a Defendant EL/PL Solicitor, you will have proven technical expertise in dealing with an array of matters, be an ambitious and resourceful strong self-starter and ideally boast over a year’s experience as part of a renowned Defendant team. Previous experience in handling Social Care/Abuse claims on behalf of local authorities is preferred.
It is expected you will be a recently qualified Solicitor (within the last three years), and Newly Qualified Solicitors are actively encouraged to apply.
The Local Government department has a large and dedicated team and offers real opportunity for future progression and individual development in the longer term.
An excellent salary (£36k-£40k) is on offer (in line with experience and expertise) and includes a full and comprehensive benefits list.
