You will be expected to draft and review commercial contracts as well as get involved with dispute resolution cases. An excellent opportunity to get involved with international work.
Client Details
Working one to one with a sole practitioner.
Description
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts
- Case management
- Preparation for dispute resolution cases (defamation cases)
Profile
You will have experience dealing with commercial contracts within a law firm. You will have excellent academics, a 2 and above at degree and preferably the LPC. You will be keen to learn and a self-starter. GDPR experience is also essential.
You MUST be comfortable going to an office 5 days a week.
Job Offer
A contract with the view to be made permanent.
