This role provides the opportunity to join one of the leading law firms providing legal advice and support to the NHS and independent healthcare organisations.
This Top Legal 100 law firm is looking to strengthen its Leeds team with the hire of an ambitious Associate Healthcare Property Solicitor, to work on a wide range of Healthcare property matters for the NHS and private sector organisations operating in the Health and Social Care sector.
Within this role, the successful Healthcare Property Solicitor will be given plenty of client responsibility and exposure (including travel) whilst being part of a supportive and collaborative team.
The Health Property team regularly advises NHS bodies and independent sector providers of health services on a broad range of property matters. As well as CCGs, NHS Trusts and foundation trusts and primary care providers, the team advises key national organisations including NHS England.
To be considered for this role, you must have proven experience of advising in all areas of commercial property law and practice, ideally within the sector but other relevant experience will be considered. Proven landlord and tenant experience is essential for this role.
