Probate Solicitor
Client Details
The client is a well known large legal firm with a great brand. They can offer excellent benefits with this role alongside a competitive salary. The firm is happy to the successful candidate to work remotely with limited time in the local office (Bristol).
Description
The Probate Solicitor will join a large national team and deal exclusively with probate and estate management work. The candidate will deal with their own caseload of files some of which will be high value matters. The caseload will also include some business or complex estates and you will use a case management system dealing with files from instruction to completion.
Profile
You will be a Probate Solicitor or Private Client lawyer who is keen to deal with solely probate work. It is likely that you will have dealt with probate work for a number of years and it would be helpful to have some management experience.

Upto £52,000 plus:
