Commercial Property Paralegal
Newcastle
QED Legal have been instructed to find a commercial property paralegal on behalf of a busy and successful law firm based in Newcastle. Salary will be c£18K.
The role will involve assisting the Head of Real Estate and other senior solicitors in the team on a range of matters which would include sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, acting for landlords and tenants in a variety of transactions and development work. This is a great opportunity for a junior paralegal to gain some top level exposure to great quality work. It would be expected that the successful candidate would hold a legal qualification such as an LLB and or LPC or perhaps be studying ILEX. You should have at least 6 months prior experience working in a commercial property department.
