A leading regional Legal 100 firm with five sites across the Home Counties and East Anglia markets is expanding its highly regarded corporate team in Cambridge to meet growing client demand.
The ideal corporate solicitor will have around 2-4 years PQE, which should include experience and an interest in the technology sector, covering the cleantech, life sciences and/or digital tech sectors. You will have broad experience of mergers, acquisitions, funding, venture capital, private finance and hedging transactions. You will be acting for clients ranging from start-ups to high profile financial institutions, and the firm can offer excellent autonomy and client contact from a very early stage.
