Due to organic growth, this well-regarded multi-service law firm in Greater Manchester is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor, Fee Earner or Licensed Conveyancer) to join its diverse and well-established team.

As a result of continuous development, you will be working closely with a small, friendly and ambitious team, made up of the Head of Conveyancing, 3 Senior Fee Earners/Solicitors and support from paralegals and assistants within the team. You'll be handling your own caseload, managing all aspects of Residential Conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.

You'll be a confident and experienced Residential Conveyancer, ideally with a minimum of 1 year's experience handling your own caseload. You'll be able to work well within a team environment and have excellent communication skills in order to build relationships with your clients.
