This historic Legal 500 firm based in the heart of London currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Family/Matrimonial Partner to join their ranks.

This Legal 500 historic firm have roots going back 100 years in the great City of London. The firm offers a beautiful open plan office with an open-door policy that embodies their welcoming culture. They offer some of the best training and support in the market.

The firm offer fee earners a great deal of freedom and the opportunity to service a broad range of work based on your experience/client base, making for an interesting and diverse role. The ethos of the firm is centralised around identifying the needs of their clients and building a tailored advice and strategy package.

The Role:

Due to further growth and opportunity, the firm are looking to strengthen their Family Law offering.

You will need to be a Family Law Partner who is able to experienced and able to service a broad range of work within this sphere. The firm is known for its friendly and bespoke service, so you will need to be a friendly, open and dynamic individual; comfortable with assisting management to lead the department forward.

In keeping with the firms other Partners, you will be dynamic, commercially minded and able to generate business. The firm are able to assist in generating work based on their vast and established client base, but proven experience in business development is important.

This role has excellent growth potential.

Requirements:

• You will be a Family Law Partner with broad experience
• You will be an advocate of the firm in developing new business, there are bonus structures in place for the successful uptake of new clients and previous business development experience is important.
• You will have excellent communication skills and a personable manner.
• Salary is negotiable and dependent on the individual/experience.
