This is a great opportunity for a Construction Solicitor with 1-4 years PQE to join a growing, highly-regarded, forward-thinking, and Legal 500 firm in their West End, London office.

Due to increased workflow, the firm is seeking to hire a Construction Associate (1-4 PQE) for their West End based team.

Ideally, they are looking for an individual with broad expertise. However, the definite need is for a non-contentious focused Construction Solicitor to work alongside the Real Estate team.
The Real Estate department is highly regarded and deals with a broad spectrum of clients ranging from Sovereign funds, major financial institutions, well-known international companies including many household names, high-profile entrepreneurs, public figures, and investors.

You will deal with a hands-on, broad and varied caseload that will include:

- Assisting with non-contentious construction transactions
- Drafting, negotiating and reviewing appointments
- Building contracts for developers, building owners and occupiers

This role comes with excellent progression and the opportunity to work alongside an exceptional Construction Partner.

Requirements:

• You will a be a Real Estate Solicitor or Construction Solicitor with 1-4 years PQE
• You will have experience in the JCT suite of contracts
• You will be ambitious, commercially minded and dynamic
• You will be a team player
