The role
This is an unrivalled and rare opportunity to join a boutique Employment firm to work on a remote basis.
In this position, you will be joining one of the UK's fastest growing Employment teams, undertaking a mixed respondent/claimant caseload, although generally a little weighted towards claimant.
You will work as part of a highly reputable team. The team is busy and has had an influx of new work, making now an exciting time to join.
The firm handle a wide range of excellent quality contentious and non-contentious work that includes advisory work on HR issues, disputes related work in the tribunal and courts, drafting employment documentation, employee relations and transaction/outsourcing work. The team's workload is increasingly top end and complex giving you access to a very high quality level of work.
Requirements
- You will have 5+ years PQE in running your own caseload
- You will have an eye for detail and be passionate about employment law
- You will be motivated, dynamic and work both well in a team and autonomously
