THE ROLE
We have a new opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor 10+ PQE
You will be expected to work closely with the Directors leading the existing legal services team.
The team handles Corporate/Commercial work advising a range of SME businesses in the UK.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the firm, driving the business forward, advising on M&A and
Corporate projects.
You will be responsible for new customer acquisition.
Managing and improving existing processes and procedures.
Providing strategy and direction for business growth
Acting as Deal Leader for M&A transactions
Training and mentoring of staff
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this exceptional opportunity, you will be a Corporate Solicitor 10+ PQE with relevant
experience, proven leadership and transactional experience.
