Planning Lawyer

Local Authority Planning Lawyer to join a friendly, stable team within a large London Borough over a long term contract.

My client is seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working legal professional who is able to hit the ground running and take over an exisiting caseload with minimal supervision.

Planning Lawyer

• Dealing with a mixture of S106 agreements, highways agreements and various development projects
• Attending planning commitees and providing advice
• Dealing with planning appeals
• Judicial Review matters

This is a full time position and the successful candidate will be working remotely for the foreseeable, although the client is very flexible with working from home arrangements.

My client is ideally looking for someone who has the experience of working within a Local Authority, although I would encourage those from other backgrounds to apply.

You must be a Qualified Solicitor/Barrister or Fellow of CILEX with significant relevant PQE and hold a practising certificate.
