Responsibilities include:
- independently handle a mixed caseload of private family work including: divorce, financial settlements, and pre/post nuptial agreements
- work closely with the head of department to continue and strengthen the firm's family provision
Profile
The successful candidate will likely have 3-5 PQE, but applications from legal executives and experienced fee earners welcomed. Confidence handling a mixed caseload of most importance.
