Corporate Associate

A leading US firm which is in growth mode is adding to its excellent team.  They would like to hire a corporate associate who works with another US firm or a leading international practice. The work will include private equity transactions and public and private M&A.  This is a great firm which looks after its associates, offers great career advancement, first class work and secondments.  It takes pride in its dynamic and agile culture and offers a collaborative culture which is underpinned by strong leadership.

Applicants must have upwards of 2 years’ pqe in corporate transactional work from a top ranked practice and an excellent academic.
