I am currently working on behalf of a well established firm of solicitors based in Bawtry. This firm has gone from strength to strength, consistently hitting record months and developing a loyal client base. They have an excellent close knit team of experienced Conveyancers who are looking to help train the successful candidate into a fee earning position.
This role will be to handle all existing caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions from instruction to completion. The department deals with the full range of residential conveyancing transactions. You will be responsible for all aspect of the file, to include checking the legal title, reporting on the mortgage and searches and handling enquiries.
You must have experience of running a residential conveyancing case load previously. Ideally you will have at least 2 years' experience, have good time management skills with the ability to work under pressure. You must have a positive attitude as well as a key understanding of the conveyancing process.
This is a truly excellent opportunity for a conveyancing assistant to receive all the training needed to become a fully fledged fee earner within a supportive and collaborative environment.
